 Masashi Nishihara, (Japan)
Dr. Nishihara is currently a Director of the Research Institute for Peace and Security. Dr Nishihara was President of the National Defence Academy until March 2006. Prior to that he was Professor of International Relations at the Academy. He also served as Director of the First Research Department of the National Institute for Defence Studies in Tokyo.
