 Thérèse Delpech, (France)
Thérèse Delpech is Director for Strategic Affairs at the Atomic Energy Commission, Paris. She serves as a Commissioner to the UN Monitoring, Verification and Inspection Commission (UNMOVIC). She is also Senior Research Fellow at CERI (Centre de Recherches en Relations Internationales) and a member of the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS) Council. She is the author of numerous articles on nuclear deterrence, ballistic missile defence, European security and other military issues.
